The Dornoch Distillery was founded by brothers Simon and Philip Thompson. They have vast knowledge and experience in the whisky industry gained from running the family owned Dornoch Castle Hotel, regarded as one of the best whisky hotels in the world.
I was commissioned by the Thompson Bros to shoot and retouch their Organic Highland Gin range.
