The Dornoch Distillery was founded by brothers Simon and Philip Thompson. They have vast knowledge and experience in the whisky industry gained from running the family owned Dornoch Castle Hotel, regarded as one of the best whisky hotels in the world.
I was commissioned to shoot and retouch the first bottle of their Organic Highland Gin range.
